To immigrate to Brazil by working in Brazil, obtaining a visa for this country is mandatory. The work visa in Brazil can be divided into 3 categories:


The Brazilian temporary work visa is the most common type of visa. This type of visa is issued to people who have a job offer from an employer in Brazil, which includes people who have employees and researchers. This type of visa requires an employment contract from Brazil, which must be valid with a company or employer approved by Brazil. Other cases for this type of visa have two years of work experience in their field, valid university degrees with at least one year of work experience related to the field or a bachelor's degree, which does not require work experience.


The second type of Brazilian work visa will be issued to foreigners who intend to reside permanently in Brazil, including individuals such as scholars, professional and international researchers, senior executives and individuals who can pay for each member of their family who invested $50,000.


🔹 VITEM visa is another type of visa that people who apply for can obtain a Brazilian work visa after two years. The documents required for this type of visa are a passport, a valid and translated ID card, marriage certificate if available and $360 required to issue this visa.


The third type of work visa in Brazil is called the VITEM II visa, and it is a short-term work visa, and this visa is only issued to people who intend to do business in this country.


This visa includes the fact that people who enter Brazil with this type of visa cannot enter Brazilian companies and companies and can only work for foreign companies in this country. This visa is issued for 10 years, but every year, you are allowed to stay in this country for only 3 months and is considered a short-term visa.

It is possible to immigrate to Brazil by studying also. Students can continue their studies at three levels: Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate.
